Why Absolute Nirvana?
At Absolute Nirvana, we are bonded, licensed and insured. We go the extra mile for those we serve by making follow up calls to our clients and caregivers, to ensure that all care plans are accurate, and are being followed accordingly. We also guarantee supervisory visits at least twice a year, a Client Care manager that's available 24/7 to answer all of your questions, and to attend to any of your concerns, as well as personal introductions to each new caregiver, to help you feel more at ease with someone new coming to your home.
Experienced Caregivers
Prior to being considered for employment, all caregivers are expected to meet all of the following requirements:
- State and Federal background checks
- Drug and Alcohol screening
- 2 step Tuberculosis test that shows no evidence of active TB
- Physical examination proving the caregiver to be free of communicable diseases, and physically able to care for clients
- Valid Driver's License
- 16 hours of training that includes CPR and first aid certification, 10 hours of basic caregiving training, 4 hours of orientation, and 8 yearly hours of continuing education, to ensure the highest levels of care are being provided.
Trustworthy Employees
Absolute Nirvana takes pride in being a team you can count on during emergencies. Whether it's the weekend, or a holiday, we are available 24/7 by phone to address any of your concerns. By hiring our team, you're guaranteed staffing at all times. We have fill-in staff available for planned days off and caregiver illness, and we have agreements with other local firms to make sure you're never left wondering who will care for your loved one when you're unable to do so.
Flexible
Our team can provide care for a 3 hour minimum shift, up to full 24/7 live in care, and anything in between. All of our clients have access to caregivers fluent in English, Spanish, and any other languages at their discretion. We also handle all payroll, withholding, and benefits, so that the families of our clients don't have to stress about tax issues.
